Deposits:
When a deposit has been received for a specific kitten, that kitten is now removed from any future incoming inquiries. This is our commitment to you as the purchaser. In return because of this promise to you as the buyer deposits are non refundable. Once other inquiries are turned away, should the purchaser change their mind or back out of the agreed upon commitment it becomes much harder as time is lost to place the babies while they are still young. We also on rare occasions reserve the right to refuse a sale. This would be only in the event of extenuating circumstances, or of any negative information coming to light about a future home or new owner for our baby should this ever happen. This would be a very rare occurance and should we terminate the sale your deposit would be refunded. Otherwise outside of this scenario, standardly deposits are non refundable.
